When using the screen changer of the plastic granulator of Su Kebang, the first thing is to check the power cord and control system before turning on the power, confirm whether all the lubricating oil is sufficient, and check whether the screen changer is smooth and whether the screen changer switch is smooth. To install the filter, you must manually place the filter in the fixed circle of the fixed plate and turn off the screen changer, switch the filter switch to the screen changer to adjust, and close the screen changer. Adjust the filter so that the center of the discharge port is above and below the nozzle, align it left and right, adjust the stroke and speed of the lifting oil top, and the lifting oil top may damage the filter when the stroke exceeds the stroke. Therefore, at the beginning, it must be set shorter and the safety device of the screen changer must be adjusted.
If it is a manual operation, switch the operation selection switch to the "manual" position, and then press the start button of the control cabinet. The screen changer on the left side of the reverse operation must also be closed. When the filter screen switch is switched to "screen changer off", the screen changer off action begins and the high pressure is completed. When the discharge device is switched to "forward", the discharge port contact is completed. When the discharge device switch is switched to "discharge", the discharge action is performed and the pressure is converted from the discharge (primary) pressure to the secondary pressure. Note: Start the screw drive motor 15 minutes after the temperature of the heating cylinder reaches the set temperature to avoid damage to the screw. Measure the holding time. Switch the screw switch to the "rotation" position for metering.
Then switch the discharge device switch and move the discharge device back to the appropriate position. After measuring the cooling time, switch the filter screen switch to "screen changer on". Press the ejection switch to measure the ejection of the finished product. Molding operation Automatic operation starts with manual operation. After the molding conditions are stabilized, enter the molding operation with automatic operation. Before entering the automatic operation, set each timer first. When molding with automatic operation, switch the operation selection switch to "semi-automatic" to confirm the safety of the surroundings and close the screen changer. When the filter is closed, it will be converted from a low-pressure screen changer to a high-pressure screen changer on the way. After the closing pressure rises and is confirmed, the discharge device moves forward. After the discharge port is contacted, the discharge begins. When the discharge time timer counts, the discharge and pressure maintenance are carried out. When the discharge time timer reaches the set time, the cooling and injection metering begin. The screw rotates while retreating. When the injection stops and the proximity switch contacts, the rear extension device retreats. When the cooling time timer reaches the time, the pressure in the lifting cylinder of the closed screen changer decreases and then the opening screen changer action is performed. After the closing screen changer stops contacting the proximity switch, the opening screen changer action stops. Then the ejection action is performed, and the finished product is ejected by the lifting oil ejector and falls on the finished product drop plate. When the finished product drop plate is used, the drop plate can detect the drop of the finished product and enter the beginning of the next cycle.
Finally, in the operation of the machine, if you want to stop urgently, you should immediately press the "emergency stop button" next to the operating panel or the back door of the reverse operating panel. Stop the machine When the used plastic is easy to produce thermal decomposition, first stop the supply of materials and discharge all the plastics in the discharge cylinder to prevent the plastic from remaining in the discharge cylinder and causing thermal decomposition. At this time, when the next screen changer is operated, the plastic hot cylinder temperature must be careful, because sometimes PP plastic will scatter. At the end of the operation and when the operation is stopped, in order to ensure safety and protect electrical components, please turn off the power of the plastic granulator and clean the machine.
