Application
The main uses are as follows:
Root cleaning, grinding and polishing of the inner and outer walls of nuclear power pipelines, power pipelines, heavy pressure vessels and other cylinders; grinding of pipeline cladding layers; root cleaning and welding groove production of pipeline and flat plate butt welds; grinding and polishing of heads.
Mainly used to process cracks, pits, pits and other defects on the surface of steel plates, with a processing efficiency of 14~25m²/h.
One device is equipped with a grinding wheel machine head and a sanding belt machine head or a multi-functional grinding head.
Deburring and slag removal machine is mainly used to remove residual slag and burrs on flat metal plates after plasma and flame cutting of medium and thick plates in the sheet metal industry.
It can grind and polish the inner and outer walls of the pipe. Digital control, input various grinding process parameters in the CNC system to achieve full-automatic grinding of the pipe.
