The welding manipulator is a special equipment that is combined with welding rollers, welding positioners, etc. to automatically weld the internal and external circumferential seams, fillet welds, and internal and external longitudinal seams of components. It has various structural forms such as fixed, rotary, and full-position. The structure can be selected according to the needs of the user and equipped with various welding machines and auxiliary functions such as tracking, swinging, monitoring, and flux recovery and transportation can be added.
Application
It is generally composed of a worktable rotating mechanism and a flipping mechanism. The worktable can be lifted, flipped and rotated to make the workpiece fixed on the worktable reach the required welding assembly angle. The worktable rotation is variable frequency stepless speed regulation, which can obtain a satisfactory welding speed.
Roller carrier refers to the use of friction between the weldment and the active roller to drive the circular weldment to rotate to complete the welding of the annular weld.
Mainly used for the flipping and welding position of heavy-duty H-beam, with a flipping range of up to 360°.
Suitable for welding heavy H-beam and box beams, multi-layer and multi-pass welding process, welding gun touch positioning function to compensate for workpiece position deviation, equipped with heavy-duty positioner, hydraulically driven automatic positioning fixture clamping, more convenient operation.
