"When traditional melt pumps are used to transport high-viscosity melts, pressure fluctuations often cause the products to 'rupture'. Our product uses dynamic pressure compensation technology to reduce the fluctuation range to less than 0.5%." The technical director of a melt pump enterprise in Ningbo pointed to the transparent demonstration device on the exhibition stand and explained. This device simulated the melt transportation scenario of polycarbonate (PC), and the real-time fluctuating pressure values displayed on the screen remained stable around the set value, forming a sharp contrast with the fluctuation curve of the adjacent input equipment.
What truly captivates overseas customers is their "customized adaptation" capability. In response to the "stability in high-temperature environments" requirement proposed by customers from Southeast Asia, the company developed a special alloy pump body with a temperature resistance of 450℃; to meet the "low noise" demands of European customers, the gear meshing structure was optimized, resulting in a 15-decibel reduction in operating noise compared to traditional products. "Our production line needs to operate continuously for 24 hours, and the stability of this pump can fully meet the requirements," a purchasing manager from a German chemical company said upon testing and placed an order immediately.
According to the statistics of the summit organizing committee, the domestic melt pump enterprises participating in this exhibition have received over 300 groups of overseas customers, and the intended orders cover 30 countries. Among them, the markets in Southeast Asia and the Middle East account for more than 60%. "In the past, customers always asked, 'How does it compare with German products?' Now they are more concerned about 'How soon can it be delivered?'"
