The bottom piano-key type sanding belt grinding head mechanism is used to remove the cutting nodules that cannot be removed by the slag head, and the upper and lower grinding belt mechanism is used for trimming and plate surface cleaning. It adopts wheel feeding, through-type processing, bottom slag removal, two-sided grinding, and one-time pass to remove more than 99% of the slag and nodules. No need to turn over after cutting. The sheet metal shell of the whole machine is fully covered, the slag and nodule particles are collected centrally, and the dust is filtered and discharged by the dust removal system to meet the national standard testing requirements.
The whole line of single machines is controlled by their own CNC systems to meet the control requirements of single machine processing, and can be combined into a line for coordinated production.
