The SK-R Reinforced Melt Pump comprises a main unit, gears, motor, reducer, universal coupling, and control system. Like our standard melt pumps, it boasts high adaptability—compatible with most extruders and suitable for high-viscosity polymer extrusion, with functions of pressure boosting and melt flow stabilization. Compared to standard models, its gears and bearings are crafted from higher-strength special alloy steel and coated with wear-resistant materials, enabling them to withstand higher operating temperatures and pressures. This significantly enhances durability and wear resistance, making it particularly ideal for applications such as engineering plastics processing and blown film production.
