    This special machine is secondary developed on the basis of the five-axis robot CNC system. It adopts laser scanning, embedded batch teaching program, and five-axis interpolation linkage. It is especially suitable for welding bridge steel structures with flaw detection requirements. The features are as follows:

    • 1. The laser scans the work piece waveform, which can complete the actual waveform scanning of the wave web in one walk, generate welding trajectory, and realize multi-layer and multi-pass surfacing at the corner weld and groove;
    • 2. It contains the function of continuous automatic swing of the welding gun, which is equivalent to the wrist of the robot, so that the welding gun can reach each welding point without obstacles, and ensure the consistency of movement speed and movement position, and generate an ideal welding trajectory;
    • 3. It has a manual teaching function, which can realize multi-layer and multi-pass welding, and the teaching results can be stored in the CNC system. When encountering the same type of workpiece, the welding parameters can be directly called;
    • 4. The first-level flaw detection pass rate is 95-99%, far exceeding the 75-80% of manual welding, saving the carbon arc gouging and secondary welding time of defective welds.
