1. The laser scans the work piece waveform, and can complete the actual waveform scanning of the wavy web in one walk to generate the welding trajectory;
2. The laser sensor can automatically filter out various light waves in the arc band, so that the measurement results are free from arc interference, and can automatically remove the measurement points that do not match the actual trajectory;
3. It contains the function of continuous automatic swing of the welding gun, which is equivalent to the wrist of the robot, so that the welding gun can reach each welding point without obstacles;
4. It has a manual teaching function, and the teaching results can be stored in the CNC system. When encountering the same type of work piece, the welding parameters can be directly called.
